Appropriates $250,000 to the Department of Health for personal services and operating expenses associated with free medical clinics or grants to free medical clinics.

Appropriates $250,000 to the Department of Health for grants to community organizations that provide hunger relief programs.

Funds are payable from the General Improvement Fund and may be supplemented by federal funds, grants, and donations without restriction by existing program requirements.

Appropriations are subject to State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, and fiscal control laws unless otherwise specified.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause declaring immediate implementation necessary for agency operations.
