Appropriates $250,000 to the Economic Development Commission for a grant to the Arkansas World Trade Center for personal services, operating expenses, materials, equipment, renovations, construction, and maintenance.

Funds to be paid from the General Improvement Fund or its successor fund or fund accounts.

Appropriations not restricted by requirements applicable to other programs; new rules and regulations may be adopted to implement the appropriation.

All disbursements must comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and fiscal control regulations from the Department of Finance and Administration.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2015, declared as emergency legislation necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
