Amends Arkansas Code § 6-20-2305(b)(4)(C)(i)(b)(13) to allow school districts to use national school lunch "student state" or "state" categorical funds to partner with state-supported institutions of higher education and technical institutes to provide concurrent courses or technical education options for students in grades 8-12.

Changes the allowable use of these categorical funds from "remediate" to "provide concurrent courses or technical education options for academic learning" to help students become college and career ready upon high school graduation.

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-48-102(a) to add a new subdivision allowing alternative learning environments to partner with state-supported institutions of higher education and technical institutes to provide concurrent courses or technical education options for students in grades 8-12.

Enables school districts to offer concurrent education and technical training while students are still in high school, preparing them for post-secondary success.
