Appropriates $100,000 to Arkansas Boys and Girls Clubs for operating, construction, improvements, equipment, renovation, and maintenance of youth program activities.

Appropriates $100,000 to fire departments, counties, municipalities, and eligible entities for public buildings, community centers, memorials, parks, amphitheaters, recreation centers, fire protection, and cemeteries.

Appropriates $100,000 to fire departments, counties, municipalities, and eligible entities for fire protection, search and rescue, emergency medical services, and emergency management programs.

Appropriates $100,000 to counties for community improvement grants related to county fairs and rodeos.

Effective July 1, 2015, with funds payable from the General Improvement Fund; recipients may supplement state funds with federal grants, donations, and unobligated cash income.
