Authorizes the Arkansas School for Mathematics, Sciences, and the Arts to receive per-student foundation funding from the Public School Fund under Arkansas Code § 6-20-2305

Permits the school to receive funding through three sources: per-student foundation funding, General Assembly appropriations, and grants or contributions

Specifies that Public School Fund money may only be received in two forms: per-student foundation funding under § 6-20-2305(a)(2) and line item appropriations

Amends Arkansas Code § 6-42-304(b) and § 6-42-308(c) to formalize the school's eligibility for Public School Fund distributions
