Appropriates $150,000 to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for the College of Health Professions Physician Assistant Program for maintenance and general operating expenses.

Funds are payable from the General Improvement Fund or its successor fund or fund accounts.

Institutions may supplement State Treasury funds with grants, donations, Federal funds, and unobligated cash income for project financing.

Requires strict compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws in fund disbursement.

Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2015, stating the appropriation is essential to agency operations and necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety.
