Appropriates $1,000,000 from the General Improvement Fund to the University of Arkansas Community College at Hope for the Texarkana Campus.

Authorized uses include construction, renovation, maintenance, critical maintenance, equipment, security enhancements, technology upgrades, and library resources.

Institution may supplement state funds with grants, donations, federal funds, and unobligated cash income to finance project costs.

Funds must be disbursed in compliance with state purchasing, accounting, budgetary procedures, and revenue stabilization laws.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2015 and was approved March 16, 2015.
