Appropriates $500,000 to the University of Arkansas from the General Improvement Fund for renovation, maintenance, personal services, equipment, and operational expenses of the Arkansas Archeological Survey

Allows the University to supplement state appropriations with grants, donations, Federal funds, and unobligated cash income

Requires compliance with state purchasing laws, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization laws, and fiscal control regulations in disbursement of funds

Restricts use of appropriated funds to purposes stated in budget manuals, agency requests, executive recommendations, and legislative recommendations documented by the Department of Finance and Administration

Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2015 to ensure immediate operation of the agency, with bill approved March 16, 2015
