Changes all references throughout Arkansas Code from "General Educational Development" and "GED" to "high school equivalency" to reflect updated terminology for the credential and testing program.

Amends 31 separate Arkansas Code sections across criminal justice, education, workforce, licensing, and public assistance programs to update the language consistently.

Applies to sentencing provisions requiring completion of educational credentials, adult education program definitions, Second Effort Scholarship Program criteria, and various professional licensing requirements.

Maintains all substantive requirements and eligibility standards while only updating the terminology used to describe the high school equivalency credential and related testing.

Approved April 6, 2015, with changes effective throughout Arkansas administrative and legal code.
