Exempts emergency or security plans from the Freedom of Information Act for public schools with prekindergarten programs, K-12 public schools, and public charter schools.

Exempts the number of licensed school security guards, school resource officers, or other security personnel at schools from public disclosure.

Exempts personal information of licensed school security guards, school resource officers, and other security personnel, as well as information compiled by the Department of Arkansas State Police about such personnel.

Exempts emergency or security plans required by law or implemented by postsecondary institutions from the Freedom of Information Act.

Declares an emergency effective immediately upon Governor approval, expiration of veto period, or veto override to prevent disclosure of security plans and promote student safety.
