Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-312(e) to clarify that persons convicted of specified felonies are ineligible to receive or hold a nursing license issued by the board.

Specifies 33 categories of offenses that prohibit nursing licensure, including violent crimes (murder, manslaughter, robbery, assault), sexual offenses (rape, sexual assault, incest), drug violations, child exploitation, and theft-related felonies.

Applies to convictions in Arkansas state courts, similar offenses in other states, or similar offenses in federal courts where the person pleaded guilty, entered nolo contendere, or was found guilty.

Includes criminal attempt, complicity, solicitation, or conspiracy to commit any of the listed offenses as disqualifying convictions.
