Appropriates $100,000 to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences from the General Improvement Fund for the Northwest Arkansas Medical School.

Funds may be used for personal services, operating expenses, maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, and upgrade and repair of real property and facilities.

Institutions may supplement State Treasury funds with grants, donations, Federal funds, or unobligated cash income to cover full project costs.

Funds must comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause declaring immediate effectiveness is essential to agency operations.
