Appropriates $50,000 to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for the UAMS Regional Program - Northeast to be paid from the General Improvement Fund.

Funds may be used for personal services, maintenance and general operations, information technology equipment and software, research, and patient care and support expenses.

Institutions may supplement State Treasury funds with grants, donations (including Federal funds), and unobligated cash income to finance project costs.

All disbursements must comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause declared to ensure immediate operation of the agency and essential governmental programs.
