Appropriates $50,000 to the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences for UAMS Regional Program - East, payable from the General Improvement Fund.

Funds may be used for personal services, maintenance and general operations, information technology equipment and software, research, and patient care and support expenses.

Institutions may supplement State Treasury funds with grants, donations, Federal funds, and unobligated cash income for project financing.

All disbursements must comply with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2015 and is declared an emergency to ensure continued operation of the agency.
