Appropriates $3,582,810 from the State Central Services Fund to the Auditor of State for reimbursement of a portion of full-time juvenile probation and intake officers' salaries in accordance with Arkansas Code 16-13-327 and 16-13-328 for fiscal year 2015-2016.

Establishes a maximum of 13 Drug Court Juvenile Probation and Intake Officers positions at Grade C117 salary level for the Auditor of State during fiscal year 2015-2016.

Appropriates $625,012 total for Drug Court Juvenile Probation and Intake Officers personal services, comprised of $456,579 in regular salaries and $168,433 in personal services matching funds for fiscal year 2015-2016.

Requires all fund disbursements to comply with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, Regular Salary Procedures and Restrictions Act, and other applicable fiscal control laws and Department of Finance and Administration regulations.

Effective July 1, 2015, with an emergency clause declaration finding the appropriations essential to agency operations and public safety.
