Appropriates $5,000,000 for construction, renovation, maintenance, critical maintenance, equipment, security enhancements, technology upgrades, and library resources at Pulaski Technical College.

Appropriates $5,484,612 for equipment and upgrades of the technology infrastructure.

Appropriates $75,000 for automotive trainers equipment, maintenance, and the purchase of training automobiles.

Appropriates $2,000,000 for repair, renovation, and maintenance of the Welding Technology Center.

Effective July 1, 2015, with all funds subject to state purchasing laws, budgetary procedures, and restrictions on use for purposes other than those specified in the act.
