Appropriates $250,000 to the University of Arkansas for the Pryor Center for Oral and Visual History at the Fayetteville campus, payable from the General Improvement Fund.

Funds may be used for personal services, operating expenses, construction, renovation, maintenance, equipment, security enhancements, technology upgrades, and library resources.

University may supplement the appropriation with grants, donations including Federal funds, and unobligated cash income to finance the full project costs.
