Appropriates $3,000,000 from the General Improvement Fund to the Department of Human Services - Division of Developmental Disabilities Services for the Arkansas Autism Waiver Program.

Funds may be used for personal services, operating expenses, professional fees, and grants to expand program capacity.

Appropriations are not restricted by requirements applicable to other programs currently administered by the department.

New rules and regulations may be adopted to implement the appropriation as authorized by the General Assembly.

Act becomes effective July 1, 2015, with emergency clause declaring immediate implementation essential to agency operations.
