Adds Arkansas Code 17-28-312 establishing supervision requirements for apprentice electricians, requiring them to be supervised by a master or journeyman electrician at all times during electrical work.

Requires the supervising electrician to observe apprentice work in person at regular and reasonable intervals, with the Board of Electrical Examiners to promulgate rules determining those intervals based on the nature of work and apprentice skill/experience level.

Mandates the supervising electrician remain within reasonable proximity of the apprentice, defined as either within line of sight or at the same street address, with an exception for non-residential contractor-licensed job sites requiring only line of sight proximity.

Limits supervision capacity to one master or journeyman electrician supervising up to three apprentice electricians on a single electrical job.

Establishes that all work, tools, and methods must comply with legal requirements and meet industry standards.
