Amends Arkansas Code § 17-87-102(7)(A) to remove language requiring certified registered nurse anesthetists (CRNAs) to administer anesthetics "under the supervision of, but not necessarily in the presence of" a physician, dentist, or other authorized person.

Changes the definition of "practice of certified registered nurse anesthesia" to allow administration of anesthetics "at the request of" rather than under supervision of a licensed physician, licensed dentist, or other person lawfully entitled to order anesthesia.

Creates new Arkansas Code § 17-95-109 providing immunity from liability for physicians licensed by the Arkansas State Medical Board who coordinate with unsupervised CRNAs, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or intentional acts by the physician.

Eliminates prior Medicare reimbursement mandate language that had previously required physician supervision of CRNA anesthesia administration.
