• Removes or updates provisions related to outdated vehicle equipment standards (nonpneumatic tires, single-beam headlamps, seat belts, safety glass) and obsolete speed limit regulations

• Repeals highway-related statutes concerning rough metal tire licenses, worked roads, and ferry operations that are no longer in use
