• Prohibits courts from ordering children to submit to drug or alcohol testing before the adjudication hearing in delinquency proceedings

• Prohibits courts from ordering families to submit to drug or alcohol testing in family in need of services proceedings

• Requires reasonable suspicion that a test will be positive before courts may order drug or alcohol testing for families in need of services cases

• Requires reasonable suspicion that a test will be positive before courts may order drug or alcohol testing for juveniles in delinquency dispositions

• Allows courts to continue ordering drug or alcohol testing for juveniles without subsequent findings if reasonable suspicion was established at the initial disposition order
