Makes it unlawful for sex offenders required to register under the Sex Offender Registration Act of 1997 who have been assessed as Level 3 or Level 4 offenders to knowingly enter upon a public school campus

Exempts students under 22 years of age enrolled in kindergarten through 12th grade programs from the prohibition

Permits campus entry for school-sponsored events with admission fees or tickets, graduation ceremonies, and baccalaureate ceremonies

Allows entry on days not designated as student contact days or days when no school-sponsored events are occurring

Permits parents or guardians to enter campus to deliver medicine, food, or personal items directly to the school office, or to attend parent-teacher conferences if escorted by a designated school official or employee
