Appropriates $866,024 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for regular salaries ($494,234), personal services matching ($151,374), and maintenance and general operations ($210,416).

Appropriates $250,000 from the Geographic Information Systems Fund for Geostor and Framework operations under Arkansas Code 15-21-504 and 15-21-502.

Appropriates $1,333,300 from the Geographic Information Systems Fund for the Statewide Parcel Mapping Grant Program expenses.

Appropriates $500,000 from federal funds for operating expenses to implement a road referencing system including road class, road design, and surface type classification.
