Establishes 36 maximum regular employees for the Office of Medicaid Inspector General for fiscal year 2015-2016, including a Medicaid Inspector General at $151,500 annually and supporting staff across multiple classifications.

Authorizes up to 2 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at compensation rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.

Appropriates $1,124,591 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund for state operations including regular salaries ($738,754), extra help ($6,105), personal services matching ($240,495), and maintenance and general operations ($118,582).

Appropriates $1,597,631 from federal funds for federal operations including regular salaries ($1,049,498), extra help ($8,673), personal services matching ($341,654), and maintenance and general operations ($198,206).

Appropriates $4,000,000 from federal funds for the Enterprise Fraud Program of the Office of Medicaid Inspector General, effective July 1, 2015.
