Amends Arkansas Code § 25-19-105(b) to add a new exemption from public disclosure requirements under the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act of 1967

Protects personal information of government employees who retired or ended employment at least 60 days before a disclosure request, unless the employee permits release in writing

Allows disclosure of the following information: employee's name, agency or department of employment, rank or position at termination, dates of service, awards and commendations, and city/town of last known address with the date it was known

Exemption applies only to retired or former government employees and does not restrict release of certain professional and service-related information
