Establishes a maximum of 144 regular employees for the State Crime Laboratory for fiscal year 2015-2016, including positions ranging from Crime Lab Executive Director at $103,686 to various forensic scientists, technicians, and administrative staff.

Appropriates $11,149,813 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for State Crime Laboratory personal services and operating expenses, including $6,923,515 for regular salaries and $2,253,274 for personal services matching.

Appropriates $990,520 from the DNA Detection fund for DNA Section operating expenses including equipment, conferences, travel, and professional fees.

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the Crime Lab Equipment Fund for the purchase and replacement of crime laboratory equipment.

Appropriates $2,745,548 from federal funds for personal services, operating expenses, overtime, and capital outlay, effective July 1, 2015.
