Prohibits long-term care facilities from advertising results of state or federal surveys, inspections, or investigations unless the advertisement includes the date conducted, a statement about required correction plans, correction status with dates, and a disclaimer that the ad is not authorized by the Office of Long-Term Care or other government agencies.

Requires all required information in advertisements to appear in the same font and size as other advertisement language and be equally prominent.

Does not prohibit use of survey, inspection, or investigation results in administrative proceedings or criminal investigations and prosecutions.

Applies to statements of deficiencies, findings, proposed and implemented plans of correction, and interview statements related to inspections or investigations.
