Repeals Arkansas Code § 6-12-315, which established the position of school district coordinator in counties with 6 or more school districts.

Eliminates the requirement for a majority vote by school districts to create the coordinator position and associated executive council of superintendents.

Removes coordinator duties including recording teacher certificates, serving as State Board of Education representative, maintaining teacher contracts, managing county education funds, and filing annual teacher employment lists.

Allows counties that have not had a school district coordinator for 5 or more years to formally abolish the position.
