Amends Arkansas Code § 7-4-118(f) to add "Except as provided in subsection (g)" language to investigation timelines, establishing that the State Board of Election Commissioners must complete investigations within 180 days or 240 days if a hearing is conducted, subject to exceptions in subsection (g)

Adds new subsection (h) requiring the State Board of Election Commissioners to assist law enforcement agencies upon request in investigating violations of election laws

Requires law enforcement agencies to notify the State Board of Election Commissioners when a referred investigation is closed or becomes inactive and whether a warrant for arrest or criminal charges have been pursued

Allows the State Board of Election Commissioners to reopen a closed investigation for an additional 180 days if the board closed it due to law enforcement initiating an investigation, the law enforcement investigation is now closed or inactive, and no warrant or charges were pursued

Confirms that final board actions constitute adjudications subject to judicial review under Arkansas Code § 25-15-212
