Commends Paul Henry for his years of service on the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Rural Endowment Fund, Inc., as a retiring board member.

Approves and confirms the appointment of Paula Terrell of Batesville, Arkansas, to the Board of Directors of the Arkansas Rural Endowment Fund, Inc.

The Arkansas Rural Endowment Fund, Inc., was established by Act 27 of 1959 as a private, non-profit entity providing affordable agricultural and student loans to rural Arkansans.

The Board of Directors consists of seven members who serve as the final authority on policy matters and direction, with new directors requiring Arkansas Senate approval per the Articles of Incorporation.

Directs the Secretary of the Senate to provide copies of the resolution to Paul Henry and Paula Terrell upon adoption.
