Repeals Act 2015, No. 1237 and reconciles conflicting provisions between Acts 857 and 1237 of 2015 regarding microbrewery restaurants, small breweries, and hard cider production.

Amends definitions in Arkansas Code § 3-1-102(a) to add "hard cider" as liquor brewed from fermented fruit juice containing 3-21% alcohol by weight and renumbers malt and other alcohol definitions.

Revises § 3-5-1403 to define small breweries as facilities manufacturing fewer than 45,000 barrels annually of beer, malt beverages, and hard cider, and clarifies that small breweries do not include microbrewery restaurants.

Amends § 3-5-1405 to establish licensing requirements for small breweries and microbrewery-restaurants, including production limits, sales restrictions, wholesale permits, and the ability to serve complimentary samples and sell at festivals.

Reconciles conflicting provisions in Acts 1110 and 1120 of 2015 concerning construction agreements by clarifying unenforceable indemnification clauses and venue requirements in construction contracts.
