Reappropriates balances of capital improvement appropriations to Crowley's Ridge Technical Institute from the General Improvement Fund, effective July 1, 2016.

Allocates $830,750 for cosmetology classroom and laboratory facilities construction and equipment costs.

Allocates $907,000 for major maintenance and repair of facilities.

Allocates $1,000,000 for transfers or refunds to expenditures for capital balances for construction, renovation, major maintenance, and equipment purchases for various capital projects or facility improvements.

Requires compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and fiscal control regulations promulgated by the Department of Finance and Administration.
