Reappropriates $328,782 from Act 205 of 2015 for maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, and repair of Department of Community Correction facilities, effective July 1, 2016.

Reappropriates $10,000,000 from Act 179 of 2015 for various maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade, and repair of Department of Community Correction real property and facilities, effective July 1, 2016.

Reappropriates $5,588,150 from Act 540 of 2015 for grants to Department of Community Correction Transitional Reentry Centers for personal services and operating expenses, effective July 1, 2016.

Reappropriates $7,514,529 from Act 540 of 2015 for personal services and operating expenses of Probation/Parole Officers, Assistant Area Managers, and Substance Abuse Leaders, effective July 1, 2016.

Reappropriates $2,800,000 from Act 540 of 2015 for Court Accountability grants to the Accountability Court Fund for personal services and operating expenses, effective July 1, 2016.
