Appropriates $16,602,982 from the State Central Services Fund for the Office of Attorney General operations for fiscal year 2016-2017, including $10,232,925 for regular salaries and $2,995,482 for personal services matching.

Establishes a maximum of 142 regular employees for the main Attorney General office with salary ranges from $38,555 (Courier II) to $124,595 (Attorney General I).

Appropriates $4,951,935 from the Crime Victims Reparations Revolving Fund for 9 employees, including $3,192,982 for claims and $1,000,000 for Child Advocacy Centers sexual assault reimbursement.

Appropriates $1,849,232 from federal funds for the Medicaid Fraud Division - Federal with 17 employees, plus $479,538 for indirect costs.

Provides additional appropriations for Crime Victims Reparations Program - Federal ($1,573,674), Spyware Monitoring Fund ($65,990), and Internet Crime Child program ($50,000), effective July 1, 2016.
