Appropriates $9,377,248 to the State Bank Department for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, payable from the Bank Department Fund.

Authorizes a maximum of 72 regular employees across 16 position classifications, including the State Bank Commissioner at $139,160 and 41 Certified Bank Senior Examiners at Grade C127.

Allocates funds for regular salaries ($5,619,787), extra help ($5,000), personal services matching ($1,630,043), and maintenance and general operations including expenses, conferences, travel, professional fees, and capital outlay.

Requires all disbursements to comply with the State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws.

Effective July 1, 2016, with emergency clause declaring the appropriation essential to agency operations.
