Appropriates $2,617,230 from the State Central Services Fund for House staff personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2016-2017, including $1,361,111 for regular salaries and $100,000 for extra help.

Establishes maximum of 15 regular employees for House administrative staff with salary grades ranging from N918 (Chief of Staff) to C118, plus authorization for up to 7 temporary or part-time employees.

Appropriates $200,000 from the Constitutional Officers Fund for per diem and mileage of members attending the Institute of Legislative Procedure and House Legislative Orientation.

Appropriates $500,000 from the State Central Services Fund for information technology operating expenses and capital outlay to automate the legislative process.

Appropriates $1,671,685 for House Member Services staff (15 employees) and $2,031,589 for Supplemental Staffing (19 employees), plus $100,000 for House Select Committee member expenses, all from the State Central Services Fund.
