Authorizes 2 supplemental positions: Arkansas Adjutant General at $172,062 annually and Arkansas Deputy Adjutant General at $148,172 annually.

Establishes that Adjutant General and Deputy Adjutant General salaries are based on the U.S. Department of Defense salary grid and may be adjusted annually on July 1.
