Appropriates $691,343 to the Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account for fiscal year 2016-2017.

Authorizes 6 maximum regular employees including an Executive Director ($107,398), Deputy Executive Director, Fiscal Manager, Investigator, Paralegal, and Legal/Administrative Secretary.

Allocates funds for regular salaries ($368,672), personal services matching ($113,081), maintenance and general operations ($88,720), conferences and travel ($8,125), professional fees ($84,665), and investigator expenses ($28,080).

Requires all disbursements to comply with state procurement law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization law, and regular salary restrictions as authorized by the Department of Finance and Administration.

Declares an emergency clause making the act effective July 1, 2016 to ensure continuous agency operations.
