Appropriates $11,154,705 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund for State Crime Laboratory operations, including $6,926,115 for regular salaries, $2,255,566 for personal services matching, and $1,912,024 for maintenance, general operations, and fellowship programs

Appropriates $990,520 from the DNA Detection Fund for DNA Section operating expenses, including $960,520 for operational expenses, $5,000 for conferences and travel, and $25,000 for professional fees

Appropriates $1,000,000 from the Crime Lab Equipment Fund for purchase and replacement of crime laboratory equipment

Appropriates $2,745,548 from federal funds designated by the Chief Fiscal Officer for personal services, overtime, and operating expenses including $1,000,000 for capital equipment outlay
