Reappropriates balances of capital improvement appropriations for the Department of Arkansas Heritage effective July 1, 2016, totaling approximately $10.9 million across multiple divisions and programs.

Allocates $1,483,189 for DAH Central Administration special maintenance from the Arkansas Department of Heritage Fund Account.

Distributes $7,673,762 in Natural and Cultural Resources (NCRC) grants across seven heritage divisions for acquisition, management, stewardship, and preservation of state-owned lands and historic sites.

Appropriates $2,180,000 for Natural Heritage Commission land acquisition and $1,000,000 for Mosaic Templars Cultural Center building and land purchase at 906 Broadway Street in Little Rock.

Includes specific allocations for county courthouse restoration grants ($1,250,000), arts council grant programs ($850,000), and various smaller grants for monuments, museums, and battlefield preservation projects.
