Reappropriates $8,000,000 effective July 1, 2016 from Act 215 of 2015 for Department of Health capital improvement projects including maintenance, renovation, construction, and facility repairs.

Reappropriates $20,000 effective July 1, 2016 from Act 239 of 2015 for grants to community organizations providing hunger relief programs.

Reappropriates $2,000 effective July 1, 2016 from Act 502 of 2015 for grants to community organizations providing hunger relief programs.

Reappropriates $60,000 effective July 1, 2016 from Act 127 of 2015 for health clinic grants covering operations, construction, improvements, and equipment purchases.

Requires compliance with State Purchasing Law, accounting procedures, revenue stabilization laws, and regulations from the Department of Finance and Administration in fund disbursement.
