Reappropriates $3,212,269 effective July 1, 2016 from Act 121 of 2015 to the Department of Parks and Tourism from the General Improvement Fund for maintenance, renovation, construction, and repair projects of state-owned property and facilities.

Reappropriates $6,000,000 effective July 1, 2016 from Act 153 of 2015 to the Department of Parks and Tourism from the General Improvement Fund for various maintenance, renovation, construction, and repair projects and grants for state-owned real property and facilities.

Reappropriates $5,723,761 effective July 1, 2016 from Act 718 of 2015 to the Department of Parks and Tourism from the Arkansas Natural and Cultural Resources Grant and Trust Fund for acquisition, management, stewardship, or preservation of state-owned lands, historic sites, buildings, structures, or objects.

Requires compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws in disbursement of funds.

Declares an emergency effective July 1, 2016 to ensure proper agency operations, with bill approved April 29, 2016.
