• Reappropriates capital improvement appropriation balances for the Department of Human Services effective July 1, 2016, from the General Improvement Fund across eight divisions and the department overall.

• Division of Aging and Adult Services receives $105,000 total for Senior Citizen Centers, community-based senior services, hospice providers, Area Agencies on Aging, and Meals on Wheels providers.

• Division of Administrative Services receives $2,300,000 for department-wide maintenance, renovation, equipping, construction, acquisition, improvement, upgrade and repair of real property and facilities.

• Division of Medical Services receives $90,000,000 for Arkansas Medicaid Program grant payments; Division of Youth Services receives $5,050,000 for juvenile detention facility surveillance system upgrades and community-based programs.

• Other divisions receive funding for behavioral health services ($160,000), community organizations serving the poor ($6,500), developmental disabilities facilities including Booneville Human Development Center ($7,853,144), and the Safe Haven Program and Hunger Relief Alliance ($1,137,996).
