• Reappropriates unexpended balance from Act 132 of 2015 for wildlife museum maintenance and operations ($5,000), wildlife festival expenses ($4,000), and public land acquisition for outdoor recreation ($11,840), effective July 1, 2016

• Reappropriates unexpended balance from Act 238 of 2015 for the Hunters Feeding the Hungry program statewide ($12,000), effective July 1, 2016

• Prohibits obligations to exceed available State Treasury funds unless supplemented by grants, donations, Federal funds, or unobligated agency cash income

• Requires compliance with State Purchasing Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and Department of Finance and Administration regulations in fund disbursement

• Declares emergency effective date of July 1, 2016 necessary for continued agency operations
