Appropriates $179,100 in cash funds for personal services and operating expenses, including $73,810 for regular salaries, $25,924 for personal services matching, $40,354 for operating expenses, and $39,012 for professional fees

Requires the Board to request legal services from the Attorney General before hiring private attorneys, with Attorney General authorization required unless insufficient personnel are available

Mandates compliance with State Procurement Law, General Accounting and Budgetary Procedures Law, Revenue Stabilization Law, and other applicable fiscal control laws in disbursement of funds
