• Appropriates $86,552,396 from the University of Arkansas Fund for personal services and operating expenses for fiscal year 2016-2017, including $61,000,000 for regular salaries and $18,000,000 for personal services matching.

• Appropriates $222,109,624 from cash funds for the same period, covering regular salaries ($52,000,000), extra help ($10,000,000), personal services matching ($15,800,000), maintenance and operations ($101,759,624), overtime ($1,200,000), capital improvements ($27,650,000), and debt service ($1,000,000).
