Appropriates $2,355,383 from the Miscellaneous Agencies Fund Account to the Parole Board for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2017, including $1,416,043 for regular salaries and $444,667 for personal services matching.

Establishes maximum of 25 regular employees for the Parole Board including 1 chairman at $104,061 annual salary, 6 board members, 4 revocation hearing judges, and 14 support and administrative staff positions.

Allocates $334,673 for operating expenses, $5,000 for conferences and travel, $80,000 for professional fees, and $75,000 for capital outlay.

Authorizes the Department of Correction and Department of Community Correction to provide services, furnishings, equipment, and office space to assist the Parole Board in fulfilling its purposes.

Requires the Parole Board to submit annually to the Joint Performance Review Committee and judiciary committees a copy of the board's rules, policies, administrative rules, directives, memoranda, and operational policies, excluding emergency preparedness plans.
