• Establishes maximum of 272 regular employees for University of Arkansas Community College at Batesville (UACCB) for fiscal year 2016-2017, with administrative positions ranging from Chancellor at $159,215 to classified positions at various salary grades.

• Authorizes up to 100 temporary or part-time "Extra Help" employees at rates not to exceed those provided in the Uniform Classification and Compensation Act.
