Reestablishes the original sunset date of December 31, 2021 for the Arkansas Works Program under Arkansas Code § 23-61-1009, reversing an attempted modification to December 31, 2016.

Responds to the Governor's line-item veto on April 21, 2016 of Section 19 of Senate Bill 121, which had sought to shorten the sunset date from the date originally established by Acts 2016 (2nd Ex. Sess.), Nos. 1 and 2 effective April 8, 2016.

Declares the General Assembly's intent to recognize the Governor's constitutional line-item veto power while demonstrating the legislative will for the original December 31, 2021 sunset date to remain in effect.

Serves as a contingency measure to ensure the December 31, 2021 sunset date is reenacted in the event a court invalidates the Governor's line-item veto of Senate Bill 121 Section 19.
